  1. Doug Strong

The sink is good quality and looks great. However the faucet they sell with it does not work with it. the spout is so long that it either sprays on the floor, over the side on the counter or on the drain board. They must not have tried it on their own products, Do not buy it.

  2. Nancy Hassert

I purchased the sink for a kitchen renovation. Tear out and all new construction coming back. The sink is good quality (although I did not take a sledge hammer to it as in the video) . The service was great. Ken personally helped me with a concern I had in needing a special valve fitting. Super easy and definitely expert advice. Purchased an American Standard faucet that fits perfectly. Sink sits on granite now and hopefully will for my lifetime.

  3. Cally Charping

I purchased this sink for a new construction, 600 sq ft home. Because the living space and kitchen are contiguous, the sink adds architectural appeal and the appliances fade into the background. Not wanting to spend more for the faucet than I did for the sink, I purchased a utility faucet from a plumbing warehouse and it’s a charming look. The installation was easy and fast. The only issue I’ve had is the sink does not sit flush on the countertop but it looks like some extra caulk will fix the problem.

We installed this sink in our 1850s farmhouse kitchen remodel and it is the focal point of the entire kitchen. Our contractor loved it so much that it is now on his company website. Kent was a blessing knowing exactly what hardware and faucet to choose, the sink is high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

  5. Vig

Ken was so knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful with all my questions before ordering the sink, even calling me on the weekend to chat about it. The product shipped very fast and turned out to be everything I imagined. The acrylic looks quite thick and durable, and the light weight fiberglass construction made it a breeze to install. (The only small issues i had were figuring out how big to make the hole in the countertop and needing to put a bit of caulk down to get the sink to sit flush on the counter). I would recommend this product. The sink is the centerpiece of our 1940s tribute kitchen renovation. Woks great with Fisher brand facute #13226.

Used this sink in our 1880s farmhouse renovation, with an American Standard gooseneck faucet. Also have a garbage disposal attached to it. I absolutely love it and receive many compliments on it.

Our sink looks great! We remodeled the barn and put it in a small kitchen area and this sink makes all the difference. People love it. Ken is wonderful to work with and will help you if you have any questions. This is a great company to work with and their products are excellent.

Due to COVID-19 It takes a long time to get people to do home improvement projects done. We ordered a sink from NBI and then ordered our kitchen cabinets. Then we ordered our granite and our granite man wanted to see the sink from NBI. He said it’s not going to fit. He was right. We have a window there. My husband called the owner from NBI and told him the problem and asked him for a refund. He flat out said no .So. now we are out $889.00 plus tax = $947,90.. We thought he would have been nice enough to help us out in some way. Yes we were over the 45 day return policy. COVID-19 did not help.

  9. Rich Arnold

Without a doubt we are absolutely thrilled having found NBI through Etsy! This sink does not scuff from stainless steel pots and pans and is just a joy to clean. The look is exactly what we wanted for our vintage kitchen. Thank you Ken for creating an extraordinary product!!!
